Couple of years ago we use a cloth dryer to dry our clothes. Unfortunately the circuitry of our dryer got damage, so me and my brother in law looked for a technician to fixed it. The technician told us that we need to buy a new motor for the dryer. So we looked for a shop that has the same model of our dryer and the bad news is they don’t have stocks. So we push ourself to a service center of the brand name of the dryer and guess what… no stocks also. We are very frustrated looking for the spare part. Why can’t they be like Maytag appliance that has Maytag Dryer Parts website, wherein you just type the part/model number of their product and you will see results if they have the spare parts you need and the best thing of this is much convenient rather than visiting their service center and ask if they have the spare part you need. You can save time and effort. Later on we finally got the spare part we need and got fixed but the following month same problem again. We threw our dryer and bought a new one and this time its not just a dryer but its also a washing machine.
